A dairy-rich diet can boost the odds of receiving twins, a study in the Journal of Reproductive Medicine found. Women who drank milk were five times more likely to have twins than vegetarians who didn’t consume milk. Researchers think insulin growth factor, an animal protein found in milk, may be linked to the multiple births.
We at Infinite Health Resources would like to remind everyone. The milk used in this study was not organic. This milk was loaded with growth hormones and a slue of other chemicals. We strongly urge people to place much care in the consumption of any dairy products.
