AIDS Tests Not Being Offered to Hispanics in L.A.

Hispanics in Los Angeles are frequently not being offered and AIDS test from their primary care health providers despite the increasing prevalence of the deadly disease, University of California, Los Angeles, researchers found.  The study found that only 41% of health care providers regularly offered advice on safe sex and 6% never offered HIV tests to patients during the 6-month study.
