Vegetable or Fruit Juice Can Reduce the Risk of Alzheimer’s Disease
A glass of vegetable or fruit juice three times a week can reduce the risk of being diagnosed with Alzheimer’s disease by 76%, according to a Japanese study that followed 2,00 people for ten years. Researchers suspect that a class of antioxidants, known as Polyphenols, could play a role. Polyphenols primarily exist in the skins and peels of fruits and vegetables.
