Diet Fail, Continue Disease

Diet failure and continued disease A recent study published in “The Journal of Clinical Oncology” reported, men and older cancer survivors are less likely to adopt healthy habits post recovery. The study also stated that only 41% of cancer survivors eat enough fruits and vegetables. Furthermore, the study added that 70% of breast and prostate cancer survivors are either overweight or obese. Approximately 4% of the United States population is cancer survivors. That is roughly 3-4 million people of which at least 2 million apparently do not take their disease seriously enough to change their lifestyle. However, it is possibly they are also suffering from the emotional disturbance that follows after this disease is diagnosed and treated. I personally have found that some people I speak with who have cancer go through their therapies such as radiation and chemotherapy and are told very little about reversing a diet and lifestyle that quite possibly gave them this disease to begin with. It almost appears that many in the medical community shrug off the connection that poor diet plays in developing and fighting cancer. This further exacerbates the issue of prevention. Unless we recognize that our lifestyle and eating habits allow the cancer causing free radicals to develop in our bodies, prevention will never rise to the forefront of fighting disease. However, alternative medicine does indeed give the individual this necessary education. The Cancer Project Org and the Physicians Committee for Responsible Medicine do offer hope. Proper diet and healthy lifestyle will prevent and help cure your disease. PEOPLE, PAY ATTENTION. You must take charge of your life. You must take responsibility. Lastly, if you are sick and under the care of a physician, please follow their program and adhere to any of their recommendations.Infinite Health Resources does not at any point, for any circumstances suggest that you do not follow or stop medical advice of your physician.
