Water
Water is just as important as flax for the digestive system. Water offers the moisture necessary for the ease of bowel movement and the replacement of fluids the body consumes in a twenty-four hour period. The body uses water for cell rebuilding and kidney function just to name a few. Breathing consumes two 8oz glasses of water. Breathe against a mirror and watch the moisture form on the glass. Eight 8oz glasses of water are necessary to replenish the average adult usage by the body of this precious liquid.
Here are some other important thoughts about the water we consume, courtesy of the water doctor at, Aquasana Water Filters.
