Other Feedback
"I took the cooking class at Life Grocery in Marietta, Georgia. It changed my life! I never thought that vegan cooking could be exciting...but it is! I was in the class the full 8 weeks (from January 12th-March 2nd) and my taste buds were not bored once. Our teachers Bridgette and Margie Redo are the absolute best, most patient cooks I ever had the opportunity to meet. They always had a full house and we were a rambunctious group! In fact, there were times when classmates brought friends without signing them up, and Bridgette and Margie happily let them participate because they felt the information was more important than the disruption they caused-but they did ask them to sign up for the next class in order to get the workbook and recipes. I want to thank you for more energy, for introducing us to vegetables I never knew existed, for the knowledge of cancer and cancer fighters, for a better quality of life and more importantly, hope.
Your organization is and will always be in my prayers. You have done so much for me and my family, it's the least I can do for you.
And thank you to our Vegan Chefs, Bridgette and Margie Redo, a mother and daughter team. They are wonderful teachers and even better examples of what a vegan life can look like. I will be forever grateful for their encouragement and the extra time they took to make sure we all had the correct information. My thanks to you." -Ginger Johnston, March 28, 2006
